  • 800 g Stewing beef (diced)
  • 500 g Potatoes (en trozos)
  • 3 units Carrot (en trozos)
  • 1 unit Onion (chopped)
  • 1 litro Beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

    Flour and brown the beef cubes in hot oil.

    Remove the meat and sauté the onion in the same pot.
