Chef tips
For an even silkier texture, blend the cauliflower cream while it is still warm. You can also make the cream a few hours ahead and gently reheat it before assembling.
Substitutions
You can replace the almonds with sunflower seeds to avoid tree nuts. Greek yogurt can be swapped for an unsweetened plant-based alternative for a dairy-free version, though the texture will change slightly.
