Chef tips
For an even silkier texture, blend the cashews with the water first for 20 seconds before adding the remaining ingredients. Use a fully ripe pear for natural sweetness and to avoid adding too much honey.
Substitutions
You can substitute the honey with maple syrup for a vegan version, and the plain yogurt with unsweetened plant-based yogurt if you want to avoid dairy. Lemon can be replaced with lime for a more floral note.
