Instructions

  1. 1

    1. Wash the apricots and green grapes. Pit the apricots and cut them into halves to help them blend smoothly.

  2. 2

    2. Add the apricots, green grapes, plain Greek yogurt, milk, honey, rolled oats, ground cardamom, and lemon juice to a blender.

  3. 3

    3. Add the ice and blend for 45 to 60 seconds, or until completely smooth and creamy.

  4. 4

    4. If you prefer a thinner texture, add a little more milk and blend again for 10 to 15 seconds.

  5. 5

    5. Serve immediately in two chilled glasses to keep the smoothie fresh and cold.

Chef tips

For a more intense chill and flavor, freeze the grapes for 1 to 2 hours beforehand. If you want an even smoother texture, peel the apricots before blending.

Substitutions

You can replace the milk with oat or almond beverage if you want a different texture; in that case, you can also swap the Greek yogurt for plant-based yogurt for a dairy-free version. Honey can be replaced with maple syrup.
