1. Toast the almonds in a small skillet over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring often, until golden and fragrant. If you prefer using the oven, toast them at 350°F (175°C) for 5 to 7 minutes. Let them cool for 3 minutes.

2. Wash the black grapes and cut the yellow plums, removing the pits. Place the grapes, plums, toasted almonds, Greek yogurt, almond milk, rolled oats, honey, cinnamon, vanilla, and ice into a blender.

3. Blend for 45 to 60 seconds until very smooth and creamy. If you want a thinner smoothie, add 30 to 60 ml more almond milk, or 2 to 4 tbsp.

4. Taste and adjust the honey if desired. Serve immediately in 2 chilled glasses.
Chef tips
For an even silkier texture, freeze half of the grapes for 2 hours beforehand. If you want a deeper flavor, add an extra pinch of cinnamon just before serving.
Substitutions
You can replace the honey with maple syrup for a strict vegetarian version. Greek yogurt can be swapped for plant-based yogurt, though the texture will change. If you do not have yellow plums, use donut peach or yellow peach in the same amount.
