Chef tips
For a thicker texture, chill the pear and kiwi beforehand and use slightly less milk. If you want a stronger matcha flavor, add an extra 1/2 teaspoon, but avoid overdoing it so it does not overpower the fruit.
Substitutions
You can replace the honey with agave syrup for a strictly vegetarian or vegan version if you also use plant-based yogurt and milk. Lime can be swapped for lemon, and pear for a ripe sweet apple.
