Chef tips
For an even smoother texture, blend the oats with the milk first for 20 seconds, then add the remaining ingredients. Use fully ripe cherimoya for natural sweetness and the best consistency.
Substitutions
You can replace the honey with maple syrup for a strict vegetarian version. Plain yogurt can be swapped for lactose-free yogurt, and the milk for oat drink if you want to avoid dairy; in that case, make sure the oats are certified gluten-free if needed.
