Chef tips
For an even silkier texture, chill the glasses for 10 minutes before serving. Conference or Bartlett pears work especially well for their sweetness and juiciness.
Substitutions
You can replace the milk with oat drink for a dairy-free version, and swap the honey for maple syrup for a vegan version. Plain yogurt can be replaced with thick plant-based yogurt, adjusting the texture with a little extra liquid.
