Chef tips

For an even silkier texture, chill the pear, orange, yogurt, and milk beforehand. If your blender is less powerful, blend the milk with the carrot and oats first before adding the remaining ingredients.

Substitutions

You can swap the honey for maple syrup for a vegan version, using plant-based yogurt and oat or almond milk as well. The pear can be replaced with sweet apple, and the orange with mandarin when in season.
